Unregistered Agreement to Sell does not confer any right title and transfer
unregistered agreement to sell-Any contract of sale which is not a registered deed of conveyance would fall short of the requirements of Section 54 & 55 of TP Act and will not confer any title nor transfer any interest in an immovable property-defendant can not claim any title on the said documents.
