RAJSTHAN HIGH COURT DIRECTED TO AVOID ADDRESSING “MY LORD”

On 15.7.2019 Rajsthan High Court said that Advocate should not address the Court ‘MY LORD’ or ‘YOUR LORDSHIP’.

In 2014 Supreme Court Bench of justice H L Dattu and Justice S A Bobde also has directed to avoid the such word.
